Dubai recorded over AED1.4 billion in real estate deals on Thursday

As per the latest statistics released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai recorded 379 sales transactions worth AED1.09 billion, along with 96 mortgage deals worth AED319.78 million and 18 gift transactions worth AED35.4 million on Thursday.

In total, there were sales of 359 villas and apartments worth AED755.34 million, and 20 land plots worth AED331.11 million, in addition to mortgages on 78 villas and apartments worth AED170.89 million, and 18 land plots valued at AED148.89 million, making the total transactions of real estate worth over AED1.4 billion today.
